Dropping off your pet:
Monday to Saturday: 9am to 11am, there is no drop-off on a Sunday and a Bank Holiday
Collecting your pet:
Monday to Saturday: 9am to 11am, Evening, Sunday and a Bank Holiday by prior Strict Arrangement only
Viewing the kennels is by appointment only.
We acknowledge the stress and commitments of modern work and life and will do our best to facilitate difficult situations but for the dog's sake, all dogs must be dropped off before 11am, this is to give them plenty of time to settle in, please check out our Useful Tips.

We charge per day or part day, however dogs or cats collected before 11am are not charge for that day.
